Document Description
Development of a 80.3-acre project for single-family residential. Requested Town approvals include:
Annexation of three parcels to the Town of Los Gatos (APN) 527-18-001 and 567-24-008).
Amendment of the General Plan and Hillside Specific Plan land use designations on APN 537-18-001 from Agriculture to Hillside Residential, 0-1 Dwelling Units/Acre. This designation was originally applied to this parcel because it was under a Williamson Act contract, which terminated on January 1, 1996.
Re-zoning from RC and HR-5 (pre-zoning) to HR-2-1/2: PD to allow 19 single-family lots. Under the HR-2-1/2 zone, up to 24 lots could be developed, but the Planned Development designation would limit the total number of lots of 19.
Architecture and Site approval to demolish a single-family residence, two pre-1941 single family residences, and a pre-1941 barn.
