Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0426-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency as represented by Brian Lockwood. The Applicant is proposing to install an 18-inch High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) distribution pipe to provide supplemental irrigation water to PV Water’s service area. The source of water will come from four sources: recycled water f rom PV Water’s Recycled Water Facility, Recovered Harkins Slough water produced at PV Water’s Harkins Slough Managed Aquifer Storage and Recovery Facility, potable water from the City of Watsonville’s distribution system, and groundwater produced from two “Blend Wells.
