Document Description
The action will improve the highway by widening the roadway from 6 to 8 lanes. The project will construct one additional High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane in each direction between Bernal and Cochrane Roads. The project will result in 8 lanes, 4 existing lanes, 2 mixed flow lanes previously approved and these proposed median HOV lanes. The proposed HOV lanes will be mixed flow during off peak periods.
