The Lake County Flood Control and Water Conservation District is proposing the Middle Creek Flood Damage Reduction and Ecosystem Restoration project in order to restore the Middle Creek plain to a natural wetland ecosystem and provide flood damage reduction to an area between Highway 20 and Middle Creek, immediately to the northwest of Clear Lake.
