An amendment of the general plan designation from a combination of medium density and neighborhood commercial to high density with a rezone to PD 1500, planned development to allow development of the 4.87 acre parcel with 116 units of senior housing consisting of a mix of independent living, assisted living and special care units with on-site parking and open space.
