Document Description
Site acquisition, construction, and operation of a new elementary school at Fig Street and Farr Avenue for approximately 800 students and 69 faculty and staff. The proposed facilities will total approximately 55,000 square feet on an approximately 13 acre school site. A future expansion area is designated on the south side of the site for up to six additional classrooms totaling approximately 5,000 square feet, which could allow the school to have an ultimate capacity of 950 students and 80 staff.
