The applicant proposes to alter Chino Canyon Creek, to improve Mountain Station which involves reconstruction of Tram terminals, construction of a new material transfer building addition, replacement of eletrical transformers, and widening of an existing service alley. Rock removal at two locations along the tram route, specifically Tower 2 may generate rock fall into Chino Canyon Creek.
