Document Description
The proposed project entails the building and operation of an interim elementary school on and immediately adjacent to Frank Intermediate School. The proposed school will consist of 32 portable classrooms with two portable restroom buildings and auxiliary uses. The new interim school is intended to serve a student population of approximately 800 to 1,000 students within the Oxnard School District's service area on a temporary basis for a period of three to five years.
