Ultramar is proposing to add a storage tank at the refinery, modify two storage tank farms, and reduce operations at the marine terminal. In addition, the changes require modifications to current tank operations, and installation of new auxillary equipment. The proposed project would not increase the refinery's annual crude throughput.
