Document Description
Rancho Capistrano - Crystal Cathedral Ministries (Rancho Capistrano) and the Junipero Serra High School at Rancho Capistrano (High School) are proposing a Planned Community Development for the gated existing 175-acre Rancho Capistrano Campus. The northern portion of the property is currently within an unicorporated area of Orange County, with the southern portion falling in the City of San Juan Capistrano (City). A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) currently exists between the City and Rancho Capistrano to annex the northern portion of the property to the City. The annexation is to occur in concurrently with the approval of the Planned Community Development by the City.
