The Olivehain Municipal Water District proposes to construct a one-million gallon water tank, reclaimed water line and access road within the northeatern portion of 4S Ranch. A pipeline connection between the tanks and the 4S Ranch treatment plant, to a well as a connection to planned distribution systems within Rancho Bernardo Road is also proposed to convey reclaimed water to customers within 4S Ranch and Rancho Cielo.
