Document Description
The temporary gaming facility is to be housed jointly in the refurbished tribal bingo hall, a 27,000 square-foot Sprung structure, and four single-story modular structures totaling approximately 13,000 square feet installed adjacent to the existing bingo hall. The completed Phase two Interim Facilty will house approximately 45,000 square feet of gaming area and a limited range of food and beverage facilities. There is an existing paved parking lot compromising 358 parking spaces, which will be expanded to approximately 1,350 spaces, with an additional 14 handicaped-accessible spaces. The total development will occupy approximately 40 acres.
