Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2001-281) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ernest Wong of the City of Highland. The applicant proposes to alter City Creek, tributary to the Santa Ana River, to replace and widen the existing bridge. The project includes the installation of grouted rip-rap on the stream banks to protect the bridge. The project will impact 0.67 acre of stream channel, of which 0.55 acre is wetland/riparian habitat.
