Document Description
On November 9, 2023, CVCC adopted a minor amendment to the Project, which serves to incorporate the results of a land exchange between the Agua Caliente Band of Mission Indians and the Bureau of Land Management into the Conservation Objectives and Conservation Areas designated by the Project. The amendment is a prescribed action under the Project whose environmental impacts were assessed in the previously certified EIR. Pursuant to Public Resources Code section 21166 and State CEQA Guidelines section 15162, approval of the minor amendment will result in no new or more severe impacts requiring additional environmental review of the approval action.
