Document Description
The project is an amendment to the CVMSHCP approved by all affected agencies on October 2007. At this time, the City of Desert Hot Springs ("City") would like to become a Permittee of the CVMSHCP. In order to do so, current CVMSHCP boundaries would be amended to include all of the private lands within the City as well as the extension of the Conservation Area into the City. The Mission Springs Water District, not previously a participating agency, has also opted to become a Permittee of the CVMSHCP. A supplemental EIR/EIS has been prepared pursuant to CEQA.
