Document Description
The proposed project is an Amendment to the CVMSHCP approved by all affected agencies in October 2007. At this time, the City of Desert Hot Springs ("Desert Hot Springs") would like to become a Permittee of the CVMSHCP. In order to do so, current CVMSHCP boundaries would be amended to include all of the private lands within Desert Hot Springs. The Mission Springs Water District, not previously a participating agency, has also opted to become a Permittee of the CVMSHCP. A supplemental EIR/EIS has been prepared pursuant to CEQA.
