CDFG is issuing a Natural Community Conservation Plan permit (Permit #2835-2008-001-06) The permit provides for take of 27 species and provides for the establishment of a Conservation Reserve System encompassing 723,480+/- acres, comprised of 557,100+/- acres of existing public and private conservation lands (as of November 2006) and the acquisition and/or management of 166,380+/- acres of additional conservation and complementatry conservation lands.
