Document Description
Rule 1126 will require municipal solid waste landfills to submit reports on their design capacity and non methane organic compound emission rates. For those landfills which meet specific criteria, Rule 1126 will require the installation of a gas collection and control system that achieves a 98 percent reduction of emissions.
