LCWD proposes to develop capital facilities to expand recycled water production at LCWD's Gafner WRF from 0.75 mgd to 3.5 mgd, along with necessary infrastructure to deliver the water to local purveying agencies and to customers for landscape irrigation. The proposed pipeline distribution system would convey the reclaimed water within El Camino Real, Alga Road and a maintenance road within the La Costa Resort and Spa North Course.
