Document Description
The County of San Luis Obispo is proposing to construct a paved bicycle pathway within the existing El Moro Avenue right-of-way in the community of Los Osos. The bike path would run from South Bay Boulevard westerly to 12th street. The El Moro right-of-way is an existing 80 foot wide county road right-of-way. The bike path would meander through the center 40 feet of the right-of-way and would be 8 feet wide (paved) with 2-foot based shoulders on each side to accommodate pedestrians, for a total of 12 feet.
