CDFG is adopting the Negative Declaration provided by the City of Bishop, dated August 16, 2000. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0100-R6 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Bishop. The applicant proposes to construct gutters, curbs, and sidewalks and install a Stormceptor.
