Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a tentative tract map, Oak Tree Permit and Conditional Use Permit to authorize the development of 150 single family residential lots on a 96 acre site. The CUP is needed for density controlled development and hillside management. The Oak Tree Permit is required for the removal of 16 oaks. The environmental assessment for this project will also include evaluation of potential impacts for the future development of 375 single family residential units on an additional 126 acre site adjacent to the northerly boundary of the project.
