Document Description
The project is a request for a Tentative Map and a Development Review Permit to allow the subdivision of an 102-acre property located at the southern terminuses of Northcote Road and Aubert Way. The proposal would subdivide the property into 72 lots for construction of 70 single-family residential homes. The remaining two lots would be for a stormwater detention basin and an approximately 60-acre open space lot. Access to the site is via Northcote Road with an emergency only access onto Aubert Way and a pedestrian / bicycle connection to Shadowhill road. All lots will be a minimum of 15,000 square feet with an average lot size of approximately one-half acre. The proposed lots range in size from 15,000 square feet to 1.25 acres in size. The proposed homes will range in size from 1,900 to 3,000 square feet in size with three and four car garages.
