CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Plaza Drive Culvert Extension Project. The Project will widen Plaza Drive from two to four lanes where it crosses North Mill Creek and extend an existing culvert, which the CDFG has determined is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
