Document Description
Construction of a new administration building, a library facility, a new classroom building, and expansion of an existing assembly building. Demolition of an existing, small administration facility. Project implementation will result in a net addition of approximately 13,760 square feet composed of school support building space and four additional classrooms (the new classroom building will house eight classrooms and four existing portable classrooms will be removed from the site). The project includes connection to the Irvine Ranch Water District for sewer service and will include on-site storm drain facilities to connect to existing storm drains on Coast Highway. The parking lot will be reconfigured to add approximately ten new parking spaces and a pickup / drop-off drive aisle.
