Document Description
The project is a subdivision of a 10-acre parcel into 3 parcels. Parcel 1 would be 2.8 acres, parcel 2 at 2.5 acres and the remaining 4.7 acres for parcel 3. A 20-foot wide driveway existing on the site is proposed to be widened to a 30-foot wide easement with 24-foot wide graded width for access to the proposed parcels. Access to the project site will be off of Via De Las Flores. The lots will receive water service from the Olivenhain Municipal Water District.
