The implementation of the proposed Quantification Settlement Agreement (Agreement) will further refine the apportionment of Colorado River water among four water agencies in Southern California: CVWD, IID, MWD, and SDCWA. The implementation of the Agreement involves a series of water transfers, water exchanges, water conservation measures, and other actions identified in the Agreement.
