Document Description
The proposed project will add territory (123.56 acres) to the existing project area and extend financial obligations in that area as well as the added areas. Specifically, the proposed amendments include the following: extending the date for the redevelopment agency to incurr debt from January 1, 2004 to January 14, 2014; expansion of the existing project area by 123.56-acres; establishment of eminent domain authority over the added area; and, identification of certain improvements and facilities for all the added areas.
