The project involves an update to the current (2001) General Plan, including a redistribution of land uses to accommodate the future, anticipated City growth. Specifically, the project evaluates an additional 7,450 dwelling units, 23,900 increase in population, 19.7 million additional square feet of non-residential development and an increase of 25,690 jobs.
