Document Description
The proposed project includes a General Plan Update. The update includes revisions to the existing City policies and General Plan land use changes for 10 primary areas throughout the City. Land use changes include redesignation of certain areas to reflect existing land uses to provide greater design flexibility and achieve a greater mix of uses in key activity centers. The net effect is a decrease of approximately 182 acres of residential uses in an increase of approximately 182 acres of non-residential uses.
