Document Description
As proposed, the application includes two components. The first part includes an amendment to the Milliken Industrial Park Specific Plan to change the land use designation at the southwest corner of Milliken Avenue and Greystone Drive from Commercial to Garden Industrial. The second component of the application includes the development of approximately 10.82 acres of land within the Milliken Industrial Park Specific Plan. Development of the project site will include the construction of a 122,000 square foot industrial building. The project building consists of poured-in-place concrete slabs, concrete tilt-up construction with wood panel roof systems up to 36 feet in height. Truck roll-up doors will be provided on the west side of the building to allow trucks to pull into the building for pick-up and deliveries. Additionally, the site will be fully walled/fenced and secured with gates.
