Design review of a drive-through car wash addition to an existing gas station at the northeast corner of North Cedar Avenue and East Nees Avenue. This is an existing facility approved by City of Fresno Conditional Use Permit No. C-97-211. The car wash is part of, and physically connected to, the existing Chevron Service station and mini-mart. The Project site is located within a developed shopping center.
