Document Description
The proposed project is the modernization and expansion of the existing Elsinore Elementary School. The project includes the acquisition of seven adjacent properties to expand the school campus from 7.3 acres to 8.5 acres. The project will allow for an increase in student enrollment from the current enrollment of 644 students to a maximum capacity of approximately 769 students. The primary components of the project are the acquisition of adjacent properties, construction of new facilities, and modernization of existing facilities.
