Installation of a pre-cast, 75-foot long by 5-foot wide concrete box culvert on a tributary to the Pacific Ocean. The box culvert is to accommodate a city bike path crossing. Between Highway One and the easterly boundary of Morro Bay High School, Morro Bay, California. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0438 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, William Boucher, City of Morro Bay.
