The work to be performed consists, in general, of cold planing existing asphalt surfacing and constructing an asphalt concrete overlay with fabric. In addition, a roadway drainage system will be modified, including construction of two drainage structures and some minor roadway reconstruction. The project will extend the service life of the roadway and provide safety for the general public.
