Project consists of installation of a "Spencer Ramp" at Bolsa Chica SB. A "Spencer Ramp" is a hardened, paved, ADA compliant, accessible surface onto the sand beach in order to provide disabled visitors a chance to experience the beach and possibly the ocean. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
