Project consists of removing existing board fence & posts and installing two adobe plastered walls flanking the Twigg Street entry at San Diego Avenue in Old Town SHP. Wood Bollards will also be installed between the walls. An archaeologist will ensure avoidance of significant impacts to cultural remains. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
