Document Description
Disturbance or removal of vegetation shall not exceed the minimum necesssary to complete operations. The disturbed portions of any stream channel or lake margin within the high water mark of the stream or lake shall be restored to as near their original condition as possible. Rock, riprap or other erosion protection shall be placed in areas where vegetation cannot reasonably be expected to become reestablished.
