Remove accumulated sand and sediments from the stream and the 36-inch reinforced concrete pipes beneath State Route (SR) 94, post mile 21.1 to 21.55, commonly known as the Daley's Dip Section. The work site within the stream is not to extend beyond twenty (20) feet north of forty (40) feet south of the said 36-inch pipes.
