Remove old concrete debris remaining from railroad bridge demolition during 1968. This will improve the aesthetics of the area and reduce safety-related concerns regarding metal debris. All work will take place outside of the River (water). Debris is mixed in with existing rock revetment. Beneficiaries are the people of the State of California.
