Document Description
Disturbance or removal of riparian woodlands shall not exceed project plans. Culverts shall be maintained and kept open year-round. Culverts shall be installed to allow both up and downstream passage of fish at all times. Loose soil shall not be placed or used where it will enter the stream. Uncured concrete material shall not be allowed to enter state waters. Project changes shall include prior notification to the department.
