Document Description
The work to be performed consists, in general, of placing pavement reinforcing fabric and asphalt concrete over existing surfacing. In addition, portions of the existing surfacing are to be cold planed and pavement reinforcing fabric is to be placed. The project will extend the service life of the roadway and provide safety for the general public. Approval Transportation Commission (CTC).
