EBMUD proposes to modify the previuosly approved project in the following Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland and Alameda to serve users that are proposed to be included in Ph. 1 of the project; 2) Demolish athe process water facility at the Main Wastewater Treatment plant; and 3) Revise the layout of the treatment facilities to make use of the additional space that will be made available.
