Document Description
The proposed project is theTentative Map for the approved Sierra Highlands Master Plan. The Sierra Highlands Master Plan was approved by the Portola City Council on April 25, 2001. The Tentative Map will consist of a maximum mixed development of 750 townhouses and studios and 350 large-lot single family homes for a total of 1,100 residential units on approximately 264 acres; approximately 3.8 acres of convenience and commercial uses, approximately 4.5 acres of lodging use; approximately 5 acres set aside for an elementary school or other public use, and approximately 108.7 acres of open space and recreation uses.
