Document Description
The Project would include construction and occupation of 209 units, including 148 single-family detached homes and 61 townhouses. A total of 100.8 acres of open space would be provided. A 2.7-acre City park, a 0.29-acre neighborhood tot-lot and 13.51 acres of common landscape areas would also be constructed within the residential development. Various infrastructure improvements, including new roadways and new utility systems, would be developed as part of the proposed Project. A 600,000-gallon water tank would be constructed to serve the Project.
