Document Description
Construction of a 160,000 square foot office building with a free standing 3,600 sf. retail building on 4.3 gross acres. A two-story parking structure is proposed with the first floor below grade. The project incorporates 1.4 acres or Regional Transit property to create a connection with Light Rail and to provide additional parking to supplement on-site parking.
