The proposed project analyzed in this EIR will be accomplished in two phases, and will consist of two landmark, Class A high-rise 400' high-rise towers facing Capitol Mall. The two-phased project will provide a combined total of 760,000 gross square feet (gsf) office, 45,000 gross square feet retail, and parking for 1,600 cars. The disposition and Development Agreement also considers hotel, residential or retail-entertainment uses for Phase II, analyzed in the EIR through the project alternatives analysis.
