The proposed project consists of two phases. The Phase I office building will be a landmark, Class A high-rise, 32 floor office tower, up to 546 feet to the top of the architectural element, with ground floor retail and parking. The total Phase I project would be a maximum of 1,048,265 gross square feet (gsf), consisting of office (549,850 gsf), retail (43,940 gsf), parking (441,775 gsf/ 1,103 parking spaces) and mechanical penthouse (12,700 gsf). Scenario Phase II-A would consist of office (250,000 gsf) and retail (15,000 gsf).
