The Project includes the development and redevelopment of a portion of Vallejo's waterfront and downtown with commercial, residential and open space uses and rights-of-way improvements. Changes included in the plan since the original NOP include minor adjustments in the land use plan, increases in the total amount of commercial square footage, and the inclusion of a consolidated and relocation transit facility in the project area.
