Document Description
The proposal is for approval of: 1) a General Plan Amendment from the Agricultural Grazing (A-G) land use designation to the Rural Residential "A" - 600-Acre Minimum (RA-600) land use designation for approximately 647 acres and to the Rural Residential "A" (RA) land use designation for approximately 332 acres; and 2) a Zone Amendment from the Exclusive Agricultural district combined with the Agricultural Preserve (EA-AP) zone district. The proposed densities would allow for up to 36 parcels to be developed. Subsequent projects will require additional environmetal review, including the preparation of an Environmetal Impact Report and Specific Plan when such future actions result in the creation of 50 or more parcels.
